As for the game crash problem. Just join on another character. Make sure to reset the client before you enter.

yesterday my char was kicked out of the game ("connection lost") and i immediately tried to rejoin -> didnt work
tried to join the game with another char on another account with another cdkey -> didnt work

didnt work = "game doesnt exist", though it was open for like 6 hours

i'm going in with 3 more so thats 10 for me. if i get dc i stop playing the game.
