I did it before and didn't have a problem. As long as you've been there for quite a while and you only take a few seconds... I would say go for it (but don't blame me if it doesn't work :P)

When u leave the game - it stays and waits for your return for at least 2 minutes (dunno if more, didnt check it, but whole 2 minutes are confirmed for sure) - this is intended game design. You dont even have to w8 to save the game, as it has been changed from 5 mins to make game permament to 0 mins, which means fresh game is permament already untill u leave for more then that 2 minutes. It even does not matter if u create other game for a second, if u make it back within that 2 mins. If its more then 2 mins - I have to go and confirm, I got curious with precise time
