thx for the info, I was afk in my game, no1 joined, and its on hell ladder SC, and it even says diablo has invaded blablabla, but no sign of him.

Checked Dak Farren, also havent moved out of act 5 town, so its not Dak, not Pindle, not shenk, not elritch.

Any idea whats up? Or is it a bug? Am I missing something?

2 possibilities there have been some instances of no spawn reported and have personally experienced him spawning at a random unique so there is a possibility that there is likely a glitch on the spawn !
