He's mainly a problem for undergeared melee. That and anyone who does marginal damage and has no PMH/bleed to counteract his regen...

Killed him b4 wirh lvl 30 bowazon...it just needs the right gear

I put 1 point into fanat on my hammerdin. I swap my 2 paly skills circlet for gface and magefist for loh, then smite dclone until it's low, then finish with hammer

If anything the new spawn rate means you can get an anni so cheap that you don't even need a dclone killer.

With that being said its pretty easy to make a character to take him out on the cheap.

Hell about 10 years ago I took him out with a guided arrow zon lol

the only thing they have to nerf is the spawn rate .... just 120 Sojs for 1 Region is pretty redicilous
An Anni is worthless now.. Once anni were pretty hard to get and you were god if you got 1 .... and now look at this shit

maybe blizzard should increase the number that must be sold. So up to 1200 ?
I do not think it was blizzard so wanted that the annis are now harvested so violently.

Play Foh-Smiter hybrid or just put on a green belt with prevent monster heal, in fact any item with prevent monster heal and you can kill him even with yellow crap gear with any class, I did so atleast in d2classic/legacy
