Blizzard tried to change Diablo Clone into a community event that people could band together over - but everyone here is trying their best to simulate the old days of secret IPs. I kinda get it on SC, but it's a bit sad on HC, which used to have a more friendly and helpful community back in the day.

makes no sense we all pay with soj for it and u wanna leech for nothing? has nothing to do with friendly or not its a payment for all of us (who payd the soj's) if blizzard wanted it as community event it would be 1 day called from blizzard with a walk without any soj's from us and fine, think about it maybe ( thats my opinion ! )

sc has pulled off a dozen or more walks. come on hc bros

Here's what Blizzard wrote about the changes:

"The way that players summon Uber Diablo in Diablo II: Resurrected today will remain the same as it was first introduced in v1.10, by selling Stone of Jordan rings. However, we have updated how and where that progress is calculated to improve the experience for the entire community."

"We hope these changes allow more players to get to experience the true terror that is Uber Diablo."

It sure sounds to me like they intended it to be a community event.

well maybe the community should throw in their fg to contribute a soj, instead of hoping to leech one for free
i noticed you are not on the contributor list, so why don't you go ahead and bring a soj for your forum gold? ... for the community:)

it will still be a surprising nice event for most people who aren't on jsp
but leeches who complain about not getting the time for free? pfft get outta here

it is a community event as u say for this community who are willing to pay with his soj its NOT a blizzard event so still nothing for leecher and also nothing to do with friendly or not lmk if im wrong ( nah i know im not wrong )
