according to multiple people dclone won't be for 10 hours, so later tonight (EST) ~6 hours after maintenance is finished.

Hey Guys, can I fight dclone in NL? and how do i get a game going? Is it all games in NA? Should i make a game at like 845 Pm and stay in it? or should i create after 9? I have never done one, but i think i can do it on my WW configured for ubers.

I just want to Express, I appreciate your guidance and any tips for me.
