Nah it is people selling sojs, I'm in a group of 100+ people that's been spawning them for the last 3 days. Takes them about 2-3 hours to sell them all because they sell to every npc in every act

I believe that's why theres a few messages, gives you a chance to get in a hell game and alone if you want , atleast so I think

I've killed him twice the last 2 days also, I was watching twitch stream of guy selling sojs last night as he popped, its not testing homie. People are selling sojs
