maybe not IP ban, as other IPs also has been restarted, maybe too few active IPs so queue for them is high. Dunno for sure but it jumps a lot back and forth, and when You have temp ban - it just counts down the time left (at least when i had it, it didnt matter if i cancelled game creation or not - I was at the same counter minus few ticks)

PS: My game creation queue just suddenly ended.
