ill be parked here all day , got responsibilities that i have been neglecting

ok....potentially dumb question. can sojs be sold to a vendor without a real person being the one to do it? or when that pops up in a battle.net game there is a person responsible for that 100% of the time? I've always wondered if the game would randomly contribute some too.
