its more likely they stopped selling because the ip crashed after it became public and everyone started hunting it. it will walk as soon as they get their fill of games.

They do cause they maybe have 40 games in certain IP and they have been trying to look for this certain IP for several days. They need to fill up the remaining 10 spots. Thus, they want to draw away attention from that certain IP by redirecting plebs to IP46.

This is easy diversion.
