I'm just going to put this here as I am the organizer of this walk. I do not run private walks. I am a mainly softcore streamer but was dissatisfied with how the walks on hardcore were being handled. I will be continuing next ladder and attempting to run as many hardcore walks as possible that will all be open to the public and have information spread around to ensure as many people get their Annis' as possible.

I Slarptoad will be cohosting this walk with HelloMischa on Twitch. I will be going live at around 5PM EST. We will announce the region at 6PM EST. The walk will start at 7 PM EST.

As said this ladder I am a majority softcore streamer and will be moving to hardcore next ladder to try and help ensure walks continue to stay public. Thank you to everyone who participated in the organizing of this walk and in quick time as well.

You success to gather 125 soj in HC Ladder for public walk ?

Yes it took 3 days but we got it done. I spent my own fg and donors sojs etc.

Is there a reason that you just dont announce the region ahead of time ?

Yes, because it was requested of the community that is putting it together. I have no issues releasing that information, however out of respect for the others we will not be. What I can say is that with us putting up all the cost of this run and that im not even playing hardcore this ladder I dont feel like asking you to tune in to find out is a huge ask. That being said, if I fund the walk with just my viewers and they are ok with it being announced it will be.

It's not that its a huge ask.. its because that was the issue last time...?
Being that the user who ran it required users to be on twitch to watch him live and then changed or you can call it "announce" the server.

a fully public transparent run is to let EVERYONE know the time place and region ahead of time so they can preplan their day. its sunday after all, family day.


--added; I understand you dont want to ask to tune in, but by saying that an hour before you will annouce.. yeah thats pretty much stream promoting isnt it?

The issue last time was the guy announced 5 days he was going to do it with 2 different times each night then stood at the vendor and said not tonight guys sorry. There is a big difference in this walk. We will walk at 7pm EST and start at 6PM EST with the announcement of servers. If you cannot make it so be it. If this doesnt work for you I strongly urge you to gather up 125 Soj's and host a walk. Im not trying to be a jerk but this is what was decided by the people actually donating and that's how it is going to remain.

Just saw your edit, no you do not have to tune in. The information will be spread out throughout discords offering the server location as well. As noted above you seem to be "that guy". Do us all a favor and host your own.
