Yes, if enough are sold, he walks and replaces the closest super unique monster

2 more, in a random hell chaos game, and they just left leaving me alone. So that's lucky

ok thats what i thought. and i should tell all my friends to try and find a game with 110 ip then, he will spawn everywhere with 110 ip correct? ive read the sticky a dozen times just wanna make sure i fully grasp it

It's an odd process, but yes. I think all east would have it go if they are on 110
