what do you do to get diablo to walk the earth when this msg appears in your game?

you wait. and wait. when it says diablo walks the earth, the first super unique you run to is replaced with uber diablo.

i got 4146 sojs sold to merchants and hasnt said anything for 20mins what about u?

If its (regular) sales - after a certain number of soj he will walk

If you have a random sale, a slow sale, or a sale just to "log" the count he may not walk. (usually just one or 2 sales)
