well i've got 3 or 4 friends who play HC

so i won't do many pubs, they'll baal me and stuff

but they all have funny characters, like a vegence din

frenzy barb, fissure druid, and foh pally

they mf stuff all the time, not sure how

i was baaling in private and my 94 light sorc just got tppked so i wouldnt put it past anyone to pk u in private games

edit: seeing that you will be playing with chars that have conviction (foh/vengence), you might want to make a trapper or lite sorc. If you will always be playing with these guys make a claw block trapper (2x jade talons = gg resists and ull have block)
