Base damage on a weapon does not affect the skill damage.
It's the dps on the weapon that affects the skill damage
Are these statements correct?
So a katana with same dps as a short spear but lower base damage does the same skill damage as the short spear?

1 hand spear/katana
Sword/katana
Katana/dagger
1 hand spear/sword


Most likely want a katana for crit passive.

I don't think there's a right answer for the best main hand weapon for DR right now, they're all viable.
I think most people use Cold Anguish as off hand though.

It's all preference if you wanna dual wield i would recommend shortspear/sword or sword/katana

And you want divine atleast in mainhand, the very least.
