This game one of those games were all the good end game pvp gear is soulbound (boe is ok but boa not and bind on pick up not)? How often is ah used for end game gear? For example if I had a naked max level char and infinite gold could I buy all the best pvp gear for him on ah? Or another no trading find your own gear kinda game?

Yes and no. In terms of most gear yes you can, however if it does not exist such as ayanad (brand new set) then you technically can not purchase it. However if you're in a world where you can purchase all of your gear with it being available then you can basically buy 95% of your gear. BiS capes can't be bought besides the never before seen axis mundi cloak and it can be bought (only ever seen 1 on the ah). Also things like dream ring/ ayanad earring can't be bought and our sometimes bis (especially the ring).

Most of all the best items in the game are tradeable.

Dream ring, Halcyona necklace, and Capes aren't.

Imagine if crafted gear wasn't trade able - All Obsidian T5+ gear would be almost impossible to achieve, specifically T6 weapons that require the Salvage delphinad seals.
I think the system is great. You can change speccs more often and trade up your gear. It's absolutely perfect.

So I can get most of the top end gear via AH?
