Up for sale is a island beach front manor located on an island halfway between Cinderstone & Solis. This makes for amazing trade runs and agreements between the East and West Faction. Its currently owned by myself who is West faction, other owners on island are on East Faction. Island site is considered by many to be the one of the most valuable locations in Archeage.

No idea price yet, might hold onto it for awhile yet, depends on offers. Word on the street a guild in korea bought a spot like this for 2 grand before.
