My Honey is having some problems with dis game..

1. it takes 20 minutes for her to log in
2. shes having a hard time loading the objects and charackters ingame

her computer is just fine, almost same setup as mine. Trion support couldnt help her

open windows defender

go to settings

go to excluded processes add D:\Glyph\ArcheAge\Live\bin32\archeage.exe

then go to administrator

uncheck the app

dont forget to save changes

Turn off any virus protection programs like avg Norton

Should make a sticky about fixes alot of people have problems

Did this. Was having issues before with game stuck on splash screen.. Loads now in about 60 seconds.
