Someone reported you using the ingame skill, it costs 25 labor, if you will get 5 stacks of this debuff a gm will check you out, if he finds nothing the user that report you gets nothing and lost their labor points, if the gm find something he will refund and then add some labor points and mail the amount to the user that reproted you. If you aren't botting you can just laugh at the guy for wasting labor points :>
