Hey I just hit 50 and I have a few questions regarding gear from crafting.

So I want to make a 1h mace, but I see that I have some options, and I'm a bit confused.

I can craft the Honor: Metal Weapon right away, but I don't know if it's good or not.
I see that I can also craft a lot of 1h maces, where the requirements are higher each time, and I'm not really sure what's best to do right now.

So is honor: metal weapon worth it or not? And also I see on the 1h weapons it says "Proficiency 0/x", does this mean that I need the number it says in the "x" to craft that weapon?
