ok so im trying to do the self-sufficiency quest, where i have to craft "the city of towers sleeves", "suntown vambraces", and "safari guards"

when i go to and crafting atation these items dont show up.

same with the first trade run i get, i need to make archum iris lavaspice, but idk where or how to make it...

can anyone help me please!
