hm I would buy 60g but Im not sure if I use the APEX it will stick to my account and I could use in any server. Cause I'm in a different server.

Credits are account-wide, so no matter what server you're on, if you gain credit it's permanent. I already have it reserved for someone that pmed me though. Plus I am pretty sure creating a brand new character on a new server, receiving 60g, buying an 2 apexs and then deleting the account would raise some flags lol.
