is the $150 pack worth it

if you can still do the 130 deal from GMG or whoever, maybe. because its essentially $120 in credits/patron status. So if you planned on spending that much anyways then yeah. + headstart and the other junk for 10 bucks basically.
To play alpha itself though at this point is pretty meh
Most people aren't logging in much anymore because its gonna be wiped in the near future.
Land is scarce
the economy is shitty due to 1.2 + linked ah with alpha server.

I would like to add that now that the patron and cash shop prices have been revealed to be similar to rifts, I don't think the Archeum pack is worth it unless you want the emblem and other starting items.

reason being:

You can buy credits in large packs for discounts compared to what you get with archeum pack. The archeum pack gives you (75$) worth at the lowest bundle (5$ for 750 points) which comes out to being 150 credits/dollar = 11,250 points. if you instead took your 100 dollars and spent it towards credits you could get 18,500 which comes out to being 185 credits/dollar. As you see, Trions greed is already showing in their starter packs.

Furthermore, that 50$ you have left you can pay towards a 3 month plan (similar to what the game gives you) and save yourself 12 dollars, or fork in 15 more dollars and get a 6 month plan.

TLDR: No it's not worth it no matter the price unless you get it for <100 or really care about them fluff items which will be replaced by more cash shop gear in no time.

It was worth it imo when it was alpha, now im not sure .... if you are willing to spend the money, then sure
