Is this allowed here I have beta access to all the archeage betas and I hate the game with a passion is it possible to rent account to here? And if so what's the going rate.

I believe it is a legal trade - citing the D3 renting of accounts.

You could always use the price of beta keys as a determinant to your rental price:
