What is the max for strikethrough chance, and is it basically the same thing as being hit capped in WoW? Btw I am Esper DPS in case that matters for striketrough cap

8% dungeons 12% raids is what i heard. i think the 6% you get from amps is fine until maybe raiding. i could be wrong.

Strikethrough rating is a very weak stat.
If you're going for more Strikethrough chance, focus on things that give purely Strikethrough chance.

I don't have any gear that gives me strikethrough chance? Everything gives me either just straight up strikethrough rating or Brutality, which gives me strikethrough rating..
