Use "Google authenticator" on your smartphone, go to Wildstar "Account management" and press the 2-step verification setup.

There is also a reward for doing so:
Progression Boosts: 2% Increase to Experience, Renown, and Prestige gain Character Title: Certifiably Certified Costume Piece: Cybernetic Eyepatch
