Don't waste your FG. Full beta ends tomorrow night. Unless you get a character above level 32 (doubtful) than your allowed on beta WEEKENDS. If you plan on preordering tomorrow you will get the same access.

I believe with a full beta account you can pre-order and level past the level 17 restriction that is placed on pre-order accounts without full beta access.

For people who wish to research the game before launch there is still value in full beta keys.
