I love how your comparing this game which just came out to an mmo thats been around for years now, if you'd compare it to how was in the beginning, wildstar wins that contest in every possible way thusfar.

I hate leveling in most mmo's, in wildstar i have to admit... its really not that bad(maybe because i'm not trying to massively rush it).

PvP a little, work on some tradeskills, toy around with my house, quest some... i feel there's more variety here then in most mmo's and all of them feel rewarding in their own aspect. I have to say, i quite like the challenges, i quite like the idea behind phoning in progress on quests so you don't have to run all the way back which generally annoys the crap out of me in most mmo's.

Game looks stunning, atmosphere is great, there's a lot of small things going on that are just hillarious, look pretty or whatever not just to enhance players experiance to the game if they let it. Maybe the game isn't for you but its by no means of the words a bad game as your describing it... especially because you haven't even given it a fair shot... you've not seen a single raid yet which will be a big part of what'll make or break this game.

Or maybe this magical end game unicorn is the same crap thats been in every MMO since a decade ago just like all the unoriginal crap that ive seen so far in this game. OMG it has skillshots doe! Skillshots that are impossible to miss may as well be point and click.

Btw, amazing anti pvp botting patch was released this morning. Still 2+ bots in every pvp game so far and they managed to introduce a bug that kicks people out that are actually playing. WP carbine.

Perhaps, now bare with me here, but perhaps, the game isn't for you.

You not liking facets of a game does not equate to it being bad. Now if the actual implementation of all of these facets was terrible, I could level with you, but the fact of the matter is that they are not.
The ONE solid bad piece of meat they have in this game is the UI and i could go on for days about how trash it is, but they have also given players/users more access to information and addon freedom than pretty much any game I can think of. Hell, they even install the program they use, when you install the game onto your comp.

And to the botting thing, whoo, companies have been having issues fighting bots for more than a decade now.
Its not a cut and dry issue where 4 reports = kick, because that is ripe for trolling when guilds tend to que up @ 3-5 players.
Its not as easy as not moving = kick, because sometimes someone needs to say hey to their parents or some bullshit.
Its not as easy as no stats = kick, because sometimes you guard the base and no one comes in.

Its more complex and they're trying an approach to fix it and they managed to mess something up, wow, color me surprised.
