I also tried making a deal with this guy.. Unfortunately we weren't able to.

I agreed with the price he proposed, however, he wanted the payment instantly because he "wanted to buy something RIGHT NOW for FG" and therefore didn't wanna use a mediator.

Yeah, thanks. I'm getting bad feelings from this guy; he never responds to my PMs unless I post in the topic. The 2000FG thing to "stream" is weird. Going to retract my offer and find another runner.
