Riot Games has received a dispute filed against previous purchases made on your account. This dispute was filed by the financial institution associated with the payments made on the account, and as a result, Riot Games must refund the payments back to the financial institution (a “Chargeback”).
The total amount of these Chargebacks is currently: 27 USD
The account is now considered to have a negative balance and is unavailable for use until the outstanding balance has been repaid in full to Riot Games. The balance must be repaid via a United States money order for the full amount of 27 USD.
The money order must be made out to "Riot Games" and clearly specify the League of Legends account name: “diegokreturns”. Be sure to include with the money order the completed form that you can download at:

We urge you to use some form of tracking verification system to confirm that your mail is delivered to Riot Games as we are unable to assist with lost inquiries. If we do not receive your mail, containing your money order and form, we will be unable to remove the suspension on your account. Once your money order is processed, we will unlock the account so you can return to the Fields of Justice!

IV. Fees.
Some aspects of the Game require you to pay a fee. You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes incurred by You or anyone using an Account You registered. Riot Games may revise the pricing for the Game at any time. Unless otherwise noted, all currency references are in U.S. dollars.
All fees and charges are payable in accordance with payment terms in effect at the time the fee or the charge becomes payable. If there is a dispute regarding payment of fees to, or Game rendered by, Riot Games, Your Account may be closed without warning or notice at the sole discretion of Riot Games.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT ANY APPLICABLE FEES AND OTHER CHARGES FOR FEE-BASED SERVICES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, RIOT POINTS (AS DEFINED BELOW)) ARE PAYABLE IN ADVANCE AND NOT REFUNDABLE IN WHOLE OR IN PART. YOU ARE FULLY LIABLE FOR ALL CHARGES TO YOUR ACCOUNT, INCLUDING ANY UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES.
Riot Games may, from time to time, modify, amend, or supplement its fees and fee-billing methods, and such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting in this Agreement or elsewhere on the Game website.
