nah, ;D hulk wrzucal ostatnio jakies gotowe surowki to tez mi sie zachcialo :D. Wzialem na wage 160g ! Polowe dodalem do kury, a co ! wg roznych rozpisek, maja one okolo 100g = 100kcal. Takze 1180kcal dzis.
