I myself won't be using this method to farm paragon as it seems like a major exploit but who knows. Maybe blizzard may patch this so take advantage of it as you wish.
Act 1 - Sword of the Stranger
1). Have a level 1 join and start the quest on T6.
2). Start the Khazra Den
3). Finish the quest
4). Once on quest to turn in the sword have the lvl 1 give you party leader
5). Now you are at T6 just turn in the quest and leave instantly before quest gets ruined (this is the exploit part)
6). repeat = Win
You HAVE to do this with a party or it won't work! Also the person turning in the quest has to leave asap before the quest is turned in. Everybody else has to stay where they are. If they move one bit it will auto checkpoint. This is where the exploit happens by the person turning in the quest. The one turning in won't get the xp! So make sure you take turn leveling each other up!
