edit: I got handed a bad hand here. Had issues joining the game and said i'll give 50fg for the troubles, sent the fg. I initially offered 40fg for 99, but he only dropped 40 amnestist after I sent the fg.
Turned out I paid 50fg for 40. He didnt want to undo the trade so I went with it and took the lost. Just putting this up here for all to see.
