You want to find out if he's botting? When you accept a job from him get a friend to follow him, to check and see if he responds and to see if he has the same rotation for hours (which a bot would)

He was banned for botting right after your job in the most common bot area.

well...he didnt respond to one of my buddies so. - and no proof? really? would the point that my account was banned for third-party exploits while you where on my account be any proof? - while you where in a "botting" area, it all comes together that you where botting dude. people arent stupid.
