Far from it, i have a titan katowice 2014 holo on mag and its hard to sell even at 3-5% sticker price. Heck, even quad titan papers are barely 30% even on a nice color fitting rifle.
I would say that ak is worth about 200$, maybe a bit more for the right buyer? I don't have buff on this phone but i don't see it worth 50% sticker.
Stickers under 5-10$ are usually free, i wouldn't add anything for them unless its a really nice quad that fits the rifle well.
