Do we need to have both seller and buyer as friends for 3 days if we are using a moderator for trades?

I know I can trade without any cooldowns, but just asking to confirm, as using a moderator right now but being asked if both seller and buyer has been friends for 72 hours.

Answered by a mod. CSGO does not require this. Only other steam games I guess.
