It's only normal to make ratio based on steam market, with exception of stickered items or low float / price fixed/easily manipulated skins with low trading volume like ww or FN ST knives or similar stuff. Then you go by buff and add 20-25% more to find the steam value.

The ratio is literally only used on steam market prices... that is the point of the ratio... you cant just use the same ratios for different sites or else having a set ratio literally does nothing
