You realize people occasionally sell silver bullion on these forums? so thats about as close as you can get, since you can take that bullion and bring it to your closest scrap metal yard and command 98% spot for it

Dont act like tools arn't worth their weigh... a nice pair of linesman plyers will make any electricians job easier...
