This is pretty crazy. You can trade up 5 reds to a knife now. Like wtf, I never expected this. What do you guys think? My BFK vanilla already dropped from $3k usd to $1.5k usd in value.. crazy stuff

I really think that if it weren’t for Valve, skins would be a very good investment but at this point you can never really trust that they keep things straight. Like when CS2 released, the doppler finishes were all fucked up and the gloves etc.. it’s just been a clusterfuck. Just now skin prices were stable and had been growing for a while and then boom, this update

Good for average poor player without knife or gloves, bad for everyone else basically.
But hey, I'll finally afford some cool combo next month

i think it will recover tho and strengthen other trade up skins that lead to good knives

But yeah, also normal players will be able to open cases without 50% ROI, I guess we will see most cases in 75-85% range now

I think they make these changes because they want to get rid of gambling. Like with the terminal case they wanted to dodge the gambling regulations. Everything seems to be aimed to get rid of gambling-like elements. Especially since in EU the gambling regulations are getting updated and more strict, atleast so I've heard

They could've just bribed officials, would be a lot cheaper than trying to dodge the regulations lmao

Oha, this is legendary. The one's that had the money on knifes / gloves are a bt fucked. The resellers that had alot of red's are super rich. The normal player... oh well, most of them didnt had to many reds anyway
