I'd say with phase 2 market value going up USD looking at around $1400 you can probably still get around 1:150 here for that if not more so 210K fg

1:150 almost never sells for higher end stuff. If someone REALLY wants it maybe 1:135 but it’s usually 1:125-1:130 for anything 100k+ (at least if it’s going to actually sell and not just be bumped for days)

But yeah I’d say 175k-225k depending on the demand and how much people actually value it
