Will be renting my rs3 account, he will be paying me 50 Fg/Month and providing the bonds for himself after the membership expires ( He can stop renting at any time )

While he is renting it he will not bot, get muted, etc

Fully agree to this agreement. Any items i farm or gold i farm are mine to keep or sell :D
No botting/Muted will occur while i am in possession of account.
Payements sent at first of month :D
