You may consider this spam if you wish, but you are going to want to establish yourself a bit before this will be viable. Get some trades, posts, fg, vouches, and time under your belt. Some people use the 2/3 rules of whoever has more posts, fg, and earlier join date 2/3 doesn't have to go first. I am sorry but I do not believe anyone will trust a 14 post 0 fg 2020 with their account. I will employ you however. Give me an hour or two and I will want you to level up a new account a bit. That will give you a little fg, a vouch, and face time in the community.

I'm willing to give a new service a shot. I need 47-90 cooking. I am slowly leveling it on my own, but I would like it done asap and willing to pay for it. This is a large job so I would do it in small increments. Supplies would be covered of course. Also, if you were to take this job it must either be done f2p or within the time of 1 bond.
