While I can't commit to anything atm, you'd make the life of whoever helps you a bit easier if you got some of those closer to the reqs

Especially arch, which needs 74 and is a solid grind

A full quest cape would run around 14bil @ 1:300k based on my prices in profile. Prices will vary massively as rs3 section is dead for services.
