I do not do time frames since this is a price check sticky.
The time is completely dependent on the user.
1fg:1k until about level 85 strength, then 1fg:1.5k-2,000 but more than likely 1fg:1,500.

I wasn't aware you had to pay fg for this.
If it's merching item, I'd say go with 1fg:10k gold loss on the Seller's part...but if it's just an item that is always in GE as max and does not change, I don't know what to tell you.
Sorry. Maybe 1fg:20-50k?
