Yes but that depends on the fishing level. With 99 fishing it can go as low as 70, if not 60fg:1k.
Usually it stays in the 75- 100fg:1k for decent levels.

Depends on where it is done. Anywhere from 1fg:300-500ish.

250fg for steel bars or mith, 63 mining.
How many bars could i get for steel and for mith?
For example:
500 mith bars for 250fg
1000 steel bars for 250fg
