Depends. You need to use a 1fg:40-60k ratio for gold loss.
Market price is usually med, but sometimes things don't work out that way.
So,

Min/Med/Max + or - 1fg:40-60k = Amount of FG

For the junk, 1fg:40k is p2p. 1fg:60-70k if f2p.
