kinda defendant on stats, but the torso is about 300-350. I forget how much it is for horn, last I saw was 700-800

Torso usually ranges from 350-400 now for a trusted + quick user.
Of course there are those willing to go lower as you stated.

Your ratio's should be like this.

1fg : 100 - 150xp | 40 - 70.
1fg : 200 - 250xp | 70+
