Avians jobs tend to run at a straight 1:10k, maybe even a little lower.
If you pay for gold AND exp, gold ratio gets higher.

Depends on f2p/p2p
in p2p, about 3fg.
In f2p about 1-2fg.

Just rounded tbh.

Haven't seen any ratio's in a while and the last p2p ratio I saw was 1fg:40k, last f2p ratio was 1fg;65k
