What would 7 million gp, full dragon set (ONLY Med Helm, NOT Full) Obby cape, whip go for? I would imagine that might bring me some fg here, but I'm not 100% sure.

There's many ways to trade them.

Via kills, junk method, and pure selling them for cash.

If the item isn't worth anything on the street then you won't find fg.
