The mini game is not called All Fired Up
It is called "The Beacon Network"
Runescape wiki calls it All fired up minigame but this is wrong

tip.it calls it by The beacon network as does Runescape.com

Anyone I've encountered with any kind of common sense generally refers to it as All fired up mini-game, hence "All fired up" as the quest.
